In our trials, LUXURY stands out for its higher protein content compared to the control varieties and other varieties.
This high protein content is combined with a high yield potential (104% compared to the average of the control varieties at the time of registration)
This performance is partly due to the large quantity of leaves harvested: LUXURY’s excellent disease resistance such as Pseudopeziza does indeed limit defoliation.- LUXURY also offers excellent persistency:
LUXURY has been bred for its superior disease resistance
Its excellent resistance to anthracnose and nematodes in particular ensures the long-term persistency of the alfalfa field.
LUXURY is a product of Cérience’s main breeding programme for the selection of varieties, which develops varieties with a fall dormancy index of 3 to 5.
