Top-of-the-range composition:
- M-METEIL is the result of a trial program to determine the ideal composition and varietal choice to meet a wide range of agronomic and zootechnical requirements.
- The varieties making up M-METEIL are therefore specific varieties offering numerous agronomic (productivity, resistance, disease, cold, lodging, etc.) and nutritional (protein richness, digestibility, etc.) advantages.
Abundant, high-quality forage:
- M-METEIL is the ideal compromise between quantity and quality (Cérience trials: 10.9 t M.S/ha; 0.85 UFL and 13.2% M.A.T);
- It is made up of hardy varieties that thrive in a wide range of soil types.
- The proportion of legumes and the varieties chosen significantly improve the energy and protein values of the forage.
- M-METEIL can be harvested as silage and wraps, from the flowering stage of legumes to the milky-doughy grain stage of cereals (June), or as grain.
- The red clover in M-METEIL improves soil cover in autumn and forage quality. What's more, regrowth can be harvested after the 1st cut.
Resistant to lodging :
- M-METEIL offers good tolerance to lodging, and therefore favors the harvesting of quality forage.
