Cover crop : Conclusion of Autumn Expert Poles

Cérience's expertise in the agricultural field was recently showcased through a series of significant events, the "Expert Poles," organized on three different dates and at three different locations: La Bigottière (53), the research station in Vienne en Val (45), and Sars (62). These events offered each participant a unique experience at the heart of current agricultural issues, and visitors could discover the extent of the Cérience range: intercrop covers, CIPAN, green fertilizers, covers for methanization, etc.

3 thematic workshops: genetic innovations, pre-harvest sowing, and companion plants for rapeseed

During these captivating days, our experienced technicians led three strategic thematic workshops:
The first workshop focused on the genetic selection of cover crops, exploring no less than 60 different modalities. Participants were able to delve into the innovative world of plant genetics and discover the significant advances made by Cérience in this field. The Chlorofiltre Blédor, Chlorofiltre Gofast mixes were notably present, along with the new Chlorofiltre Jet and Chlorofiltre Fertile.

Regarding pure varieties, the presentation included the forage radish Terranova and the mustard Emilia, highlighting their benefits against nematodes. Also presented were the hairy vetch Massa, the single-cut clover Berseem Tabor, and the oats Altesse and Océane.

The second workshop focused on cover crop sowing before harvest, highlighting innovative and effective practices to optimize yields.
Finally, the third workshop focused on companion plants associated with rapeseed, with a particular emphasis on the early rapeseed variety Atrakt; this rapeseed variety is used as an alternative method to combat pollen beetles.

The success of these events was evident in the impressive presence of more than 100 clients spread across all sites. The diversity of participants created an environment conducive to fruitful exchanges on crucial topics related to cover crops.

For Cérience, the objective was twofold: to assess the performance of its products in real conditions and to support its clients and product users in their daily activities. The exceptional mobilization of our teams was praised by the evident satisfaction of the participants.
